Turkish & Greek Mezes: Haydari   Materials: -500 grams filtered yogurt -50 grams feta cheese -2 teethgarlic -4 tablespoons olive oil -1 sweet spoonmint  -1/2 cup of tea sliced walnut -1/2 tea spoon   salt -Take the filtering kneader into the mixing vessel. Transfer the white cheese to the mixing bowl after grinding. -After cutting into small pieces, add the garlic cloves in the kneaded salt with air. -Fry the olive oil in a small pan.
