Turkish & Greek Mezes: Haydari Materials: -500 grams filtered yogurt -50 grams feta cheese -2 teethgarlic -4 tablespoons olive oil -1 sweet spoonmint -1/2 cup of tea sliced walnut -1/2 tea spoon salt -Take the filtering kneader into the mixing vessel.
