Materials;
-500 gr brine vine leaves
-Half a teaspoon olive oil
-2 cups of hot water
-half lemon juice
-Interior Materials
-4 pieces of onion
1 teaspoon olive oil
-2 tablespoons peanuts
-2 cups broken rice
-1 tablespoon dry mint
-1 sweet spoon black pepper
-1 sweet spoon cinnamon
-2 pieces of cut sugar
-2 tablespoons currant
-1 cup of chopped parsley
-1 sweet spoon salt
-half water glass hot water
Get the olive oil in the pot. Sauté for 1 minute with some salt onions cooked on the plate. Add pine nuts on it and roast it with the pistachas until it is pink.
Rinse 1-2 pieces of water, add to the drained and pink onions and roast for about 1 minute.
Put all the necessary ingredients on the rice you baked and mix thoroughly. Add half a glass of boiling water and cook rice in low heat until the water is pulled out and leave to brew.
Wash the leaves while the rice is cold. After waiting for 5 minutes in hot water, wash 2-3.
Wrap it according to the size of the leaves. Cover the bottom of the pot you will cook with torn or small vine leaves. Do not fill it up with no space left.
Cover a porcelain plate over your stuff. After adding hot water, olive oil and salt pan, cook on low heat for 35-40 minutes. Serve cold.
