Gluten Free Pancake

f you want to make a gluten-free pancake, using coconut flour will be the sweetest option. Because coconut flour has a spontaneous sweet structure, you will not need to add sugar. Recipients can add sugar, but it is a very reliable option for those who do not have a sugar-free diet.

You may also have some difficulty in applying the recipe because the coconut flour structure is a bit different than normal. it is important to obtain a sticky and non-rigid consistency ...

3 eggs, 4-5 tablespoons almond milk is whipped together.
Half a cup of coconut flour (4-5 tablespoons full of filling), 1 teaspoon of carrot, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon and a pinch of salt are mixed together.
The two obtained mixtures are added to each other and whipped.
1 tablespoonful of dough is added to the pan that we serve with coconut oil.
You can cook 2 in the same pan.

You can decorate with almonds and tahini when you take it to the service tray. (you can add some molasses as tahina has a bitter taste per se.)

Healthy, gluten-free, unsweetened Pancake ready.
